92 4 x 4 issue

Is there any way to by pass the module to make my 4 wheel drive work? I have went thru every thing in the tech libary and tried that all and still will not work so it is winter here and i need my 4 by so a quick fix will do for now. Any info world be great thanks

Yeah, hop under it, pull the motor off, and flip it by hand.

So there is not a way to just apply 12 volts to a wire or 2 that will engage 4 low or 4 high?

Well it's a two way, reverse polarity motor that the module controls by watching the stops. It is possible, but you won't really know when to stop until you have already gone too far.
