I have a 91 super cab 4.0 5 speed manual with a 3" body lift running 32x10.50 on stock wheels. It clears them pretty well and I'm sure I can stuff the 33x12.50's I'm planning under it but I wanna lift it just a bit more. I ordered a 1-2" adjustable shackle lift for the rear and I'm planning to do the 1.5" stacked washers up front. I'm thinking of putting some 15x8 black steel wheels on it as well. I've had to replace the clutch about 4 times in the 6 years I've owned it and it seems a bit sluggish in sand with the stock gears pushing 32's so I know re gearing is in order especially moving up to 33's. I've read through the forums and have an idea of where to go with this but I'd appreciate any suggestions, experiences, and pictures of anyone who's done similar with their truck. Thanks in advance, below are my specific concerns.

1. Does anyone have a pic of 33's mounted on a 15x8? I usually use BFG all terrains.
2. I've always used standard clutches from Orielly's but I've never towed, pulled, or wheeled it much because I feel the clutch is too weak. Any suggestions on clutch upgrades?
3. Gearing suggestions and posi? I'm debating 4.10 or 4.56 with an eaton in back and not sure about a lock rite in front or just leave it open.
4. I'd love to see any pix of a similar truck with a 3" body and about 2" suspension lift riding on 33's.

Again thanks for your input.

I swear by Luk clutches.

4.56 is generally best with 33" tires and a 4.0L.

Check in the Tires / Wheels section, there's a "Sticky" thread at the top there with numerous pics of trucks with different size tires and lift amounts.

I have 34x9.50 super swampers and have yet to replace my clutch since i bought the truck 2 years ago with 3.73 gears. I agree its not the best performance in the world. It see's mainly street use but I do wheel it on the weekends.
