91 Ranger 3.0L 2wd rough idle/miss

I have 91 3.0L ranger that iv been fighting a rough idle/miss. I have replaced just about everything over about a year or 2. Plugs,wire,cap,maf,ignition module, smoke test for leaks. Probably forgetting a few things. The problem has improved some, but still not running how I'd like.
Not sure where to go from there?

I'd do a compression test before replacing any more parts.
