'91 power dist. block sounds like a geiger counter?

With the ignition key on and engine off I hear that noise. I pulled the cover but all I see are fuses? Any ideas?

Sound like a relay failing or a bad connection powering the relay.

Under that power box are 3 relays, EEC relay, Fuel pump relay and WOT(wide-open-throttle) relay.

Green base is Fuel pump
Brown base is EEC(computer)
Black Base is WOT

They are all the same type of relay so can be swapped

I say bad relay. Pop the cover and put your finger on each relay. You should feel one going crazy and the others will not be moving. Or they all could be... but at least one is bad. They're about $12 each at orielly's.
