90 flooding out at idle and cruisin

90 2.3 floods out at idle and while driving at 55 i can feel it shutter at speed and when pulling small trailer (only 200 lb trailer) will down 1/8 tank of gas in bout 10 miles what could be causing it i changed out both coils and plugs wires were changed when i got the truck (city driven only ) i drive it long hauls all over creation

Check for codes, could be a bad MAF Sensor, MAP Sensor, O2 Sensor. From what you described you didn't need the coil packs, plugs or wires IMHO. Also check for a plugged air filter and or the tube leading to the air filter itself. Bird or mouse could have made a nest.
