90 flooding out at idle and cruisin mi

90 2.3 floods out at idle and while driving at 55 i can feel it shutter at speed and when pulling small trailer (only 200 lb trailer) will down 1/8 tank of gas in bout 10 miles what could be causing it i changed out both coils and plugs wires were changed when i got the truck (city driven only ) i drive it long hauls all over creation

Does the engine have a mass airflow sensor? I ask if it does because they started using them in the middle of the '90 model year. If it does it'll be mounted to the air filter box, if that's dirty it'll run bad, but could be a number of things. I suggest pulling the trouble codes and seeing if there are any, go HERE and follow the analog volt meter method but you don't need a volt meter, just go sit in the cab and count the flashes on the check engine light.
