90 Bronco 2 SASd getting 98 Ranger Cab

100_0821.jpg

My wife said cab had to get out of the yard, and so i worked alot on getting engine and everything hooked up this week, so i could set cab on, its just sitting for now, glad im doing 4 link in the rear and stretching the wheelbase several inces, cause i dont like the tires right on the a$$ end of the cab, also picked up 5, 33-14-15 Boggers for $900 to replace mine that got stolen, needless to say they have wheel locks now, wish they did before. Also picked up another sohc engine thats was blown up from 98, using it for the return style fuel rail.

Well not much more progress this weekend. ended up offroading all afternoon today with friends, had a great time with stock b2s with welded rears, 4 dr explorer, and new person in group with jeep cherokee which didnt do half bad, but i still would rather have a 4dr explorer.

not alotta progress , cause i need to get my red truck done 1st, heres pic of it, which i have thread started on its build also if anyone wants to check it out.

38.5-11-15, small lugs grooved, there pretty cool, but mine will be ungrooved to start off with.

update, mud truck ranger is almost done, so getting ready to make some progress on this truck soon, let me know what you all think of the build, any ideas?

it definatly nees something on that back end, i think an angle framed 2x4 flat bed would look sick, with a big ol headache rack coming up. but kind of a narrow bed, like not much wider than the frame. then some sort of fender, that looks good

I agree, small narrow flat bed, around frame width, with raised sides then fender of some sort, with round tube side bar for protection. I want to have narrow truck tool box mounted down right behind cab. Also spare tire laying down in bed. Room for Highlift jack and few other recovery supplys in the bed.
I hate to say it, but may not make much progress on this until the fall/winter. It is my most $$$ project and one I want done with all the little tidbits i could want. So will take time to get this taken care of.

Updated pics, rear axle pushed back several inches, just see how it looked but still needs 4 link.
