90 2.9 no fuel

First post and first ranger just got a 1990 rclb 2.9 5speed 4x4 manual transfer case manual hubs dana 35 ranger will fire right up with spray pump is working and fuel at rail need to figure out if injectors are pulsing and where to go from there and easiest way to empty tank thanks for any help

Pull the coil wire and crank it and see if the plugs are wet would be eaisest way to check.

Also just cause theres fuel at the rail dont mean its got good pressure. Spec is 40psi...buy/rent a tester and verify.

As far as emptying the tank...just stick a long hose down the filler and siphon

Drain the tank- get your hose down in there. Under hood disconnect the evap hose from the tank to the charcoal canister and blow into it to start the siphon. Save a mouthful of fuel. Don’t use compressed air. It can blow off fittings. Human lungs can only produce about 2 PSI.
