Hello, I am installing an onboard air system in my project
truck. www.dskellogg.com/ranger.html [dskellogg.com]
Anyways, my air storage tank is 9.5" in diameter. I am going
to be mounting it under the truck bed where the spare tire
use to mount. Anyways, I am looking for some brackets that
go around the tank and I will mount the brackets to brackets
I fastened to the frame. I was looking for something
similiar to nitrous bottle mounts or propane tank mounts,
but I cant seem to find anything. I dont want to cobble
something together,I want it to look nice. Thanks for any
help.

So are you asking for somebody to make these for you? If so I am a CNC machinist and have made nitros bottle brackets for a few people. I dont have any pics of them because the comp that they were on took a dump last year. I mostly make Optima battery trays for sale on Ebay and a few hot rod shops. Here is a pic of what I got on Ebay nowhttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=150179703494&rd=1#ebayphotohosting

The nitros bottle brackets where 1/2 inch thick and had a ring on each end that was split to get the bottle out. Let me know how much room you have to work with. It can be done fairly easy and look good. I can anodize any color as long as it is black (Henry Ford )

Let me know

Mounting air tank

I had custom clamps made for me at a local welding shop for my 90 cubic foot scuba tank, the two small clamps bolt to one of the upright of my bed roll bar and the two big clamps slide down onto the tank and are bolted to the small clamps.
This thing must weigh close to 50 lbs and doesn't move.

Your installing a much lighter tank, make two cradles, 12" 2X4 on edge (painted to weatherize) one for each end of the tank and attach the assembly to the bottom of your bed with modified stainless gas tank straps.

Anyone wants pics of my tank mount, e-mail me with your e address, I don't know mow to post pics here.
