I was wondering if anyone had any input on this conversion. I'd like to convert the pedal to be cable rather than trying to make the T-5 hydraulic, but I'm not very experienced with this sort of thing. Has anyone done this swap before? Is there a kit I can use, or am I looking at some fabrication to get this all to work.

Thanks!

Easier to switch the T5 to hydraulic, Google: t5 cable to hydraulic slave

Still uses the external clutch fork, so no internal slave, as seen here: https://www.cjponyparts.com/media/images/resource-center/articles/body/hydraulic-clutch-diagram.jpg
So easier to do with current Ranger setup

The full cable version would require quite a bit of fabrication
Ranger clutch and brake pedal are one unit/assembly
You could cut off existing clutch pedal arm at the assembly, but leave the rod and bushings so brake pedal would still be the same, and serviceable

New Clutch pedal/arm would need a pivot point attached to firewall with the cable attach above that point so pushing down on the pedal PULLED a cable attached to firewall into the cab
As seen in this drawing: https://www.cjponyparts.com/media/images/resource-center/articles/body/mechanical-clutch-diagram.jpg
