i have a 89 ranger 4x4 with a 4 inch lift. it pulls real hard to the right also the wheels when i turn look like the are cambered is there a piece im missing to complete the lift that would eliminate that hard pull? would appreciate the help alot.

Did you just put the lift on? Did you install a drop pitman arm? If so have you had the truck in for an alignment yet?

no i bought the truck like that when i bought it the person told me to buy a certain part and it would get rid of it but i forgot what he told me is there a way i cant tell its a drop pitman arm. i not i may have to take it in for alignment. thanks appreciate the response.

not sure where u are from but if your in NH good luck....seems like non of the meatheads in the alignment shops know anything about lifted truck alignment.

If it pulls hard to the right I suspect it's something other than the alignment.

it could be the alignment,my 91 did that also right after the 6" lift. he might have said the adj. camber bushings that go on the upper ball joint. make sure its got a drop pitman arm as mentioned before also!

Could you get a pic of the front axle/steering?

It may need a drop pitman arm and an alignment.

Clicky

Pulling like that sounds like a problem with your caster settings. A proper frontend alignment should take care of it.
sfwjesse has a point though, it can be tough to find someone familiar with aligning a Ford Twin-Beam suspension. Offroad shops (or places familiar with modified suspensions) are likely your best bets.
