89 ranger misfires

i have an 89 ford ranger with the 2.3L dual spark plug engine. and for some reason the truck misfires alot and the engine check light comes on. i pulled some codes and it said "HEGO (HO2S) sensor voltage low/system lean".

also i have changed the spark plugs and wires and air filter on it.

MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor)

Try cleaning the MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor) located near the Air Filter Assembly. You can find the correct procedure for cleaning and/or replacing this sensor at therangerstation's tech library:
