I did the KOEO test and recieved codes

14 - Two or more successive erratic Profile Ignition Pickup (PIP) pulses occurred, resulting in a possible engine miss or stall.

18 - IDM circuit failure or SPOUT circuit grounded.

41 - HEGO sensor circuit indicates system lean (right side).

67 - Neutral safety circuit failure. ( Known and bypassed)

95 - Fuel pump secondary circuit failure. The EEC senses infinite resistance to ground from the fuel pump on the Fuel Pump Monitor circuit.

95 is the only one i'm worried about, the truck seems to starve for fuel sometimes when warm, and once the engine light comes on after like 15mins of driving. Cold the truck can idle fine and has power. Warm, the motor struggles and on full throttle will bog and drop rpms to zero. Also sometimes while moving and depressing the clutch the motor will just die. Kinda annoying while going in the woods. The fuel pump turns on, primes, then turns off with just the key turned fine. I have caught what I believe is the pump whinning a lot more then normal after driving the truck and getting out while its running. (Whinning pretty loud)

Anyone have any idea what I should check for these codes? I have checked the inertia switch and it does work and if hit it will disable, then with the button pushed it will stay down. Would the wiring be an issue with the FP? Because it looks fine to me but I can re-check it and I have put di-elec grease on all wiring connectors already.

Any info is awesome!

If you hear the pump working, it's working. These pumps prime for a few seconds with key on engine off, then stay running 100% while driving. First thing you need to do is check fuel pressure with a reliable set of gauges. Should be around 30 psi at idle and around 40 psi at WOT (just unplug vacuum line from fuel pressure regulator, simulates WOT). Also, while you're doing this, see if fuel is coming out of the vacuum line at the regulator. If it is, regulator is bad (keep in mind, it can still fail without leaking fuel, this is just a quick check). If you can, tape it to the windshield and see what the pressure does driving around.

Also, if you have a PIP and/or SPOUT failure, those are pretty serious issues. PIP is how the computer controls the correct timing of the spark, and a spout that is malfunctioning could be messing this up as well.

I believe the stall code might be from when we were driving through the woods the truck stalled a few times. I wonder if that would cause this code. Im going to reset the codes and let the light come back on and check the issues again. Also going to get a fuel pressure gauge from autozone and check those aswell. THanks!
