It has a miss i changed plugs and cap and rotor.did them still has miss. il do plug wires when they come in. but does the igination module go out and will they go all way out or half way and cause miss. And what about the coil can it break down and cause a miss.

The ignition module and coil are "central" parts. They will affect the whole system equally, so a single cylinder missing is unlikely to be caused by either of those parts.

miss or runs rough

it has a miss well it feels like a miss but could be just idleing rough motor shakes and when i get up to like 55 to 60 mph the whole truck shakes any ideas?
