89 Broncoii 4.0 swap...tranny question

I did the 4.0 swap on my Bronco2 a couple of years ago; LOVE IT!! I used an engine from a 92 explorer. I opted to keep the bronco 2 a4ld and just installed the 4.0. I have the tranny that came with the explorer and am thinking about rebuilding it and installing it in the 89 b2. Since I have the 4.0, computer, wiring harness, and tranny all from the same donor vehicle, will there be any issues installing this tranny and it working correctly?
