89 bronco2 build

BE careful welding that stuff, it's galvanized and it will make you sick as heck, I use to have to cut it when I worked on the road crew for the county here in Tennessee, made me sick as heck and gave me one heck of a head ache.

Robert

yea i know im gonna have my friend weld it because he has a mig and hes a union iron worker he said welding galvo sucks

A big glass of milk helps with the sickness from welding galvanized metal. Don't know how, just know it does.

i started to make the bumper this weekend i cut it to length returned it back with a 45 and tacked it all up i welded one side it wasnt too bad i didnt finish it yet i had trouble fitting it because my body mouns are worn out

Today i got off work early and i welded up my bumper. Then i welded it to the frame. i think it looks good simple and strong as hell
