Go to Advance or Autozone and find the yellow box with the universal kits and look on the back for the one that lists your truck.

did 3 autozones, 2 oriely's and an advanced. they had several kits but when it came to the 89 it had the old 2 knob style tape deck so ive struck out several times and the PO cut the wiring harness so i spent 2 hous matching wires
