It's the oil separator hose. Can't find one online nor do local parts store know what to do. What should I do?

Oof, that's a tough one... Since there's no pressure you can use 3/4" heater hose to go between the two points but you will need to re route it since nothing will make those tight bends.

That's what I was thinking, a heater hose would be ok? Also please forgive me if this is a dumb question but I'm highly uneducated on catch cans. But would one go between the oil separator and pcv? So a hose going from the oil separator to catch can, then a hose from catch can to pcv valve?

Heater hose isn't the most oil resistant but for low pressure use like the crankcase side of a PCV valve it is not an issue, we use the Continental or Gates heater hose for breather hose all the time.

The separator is pretty much what a catch can is and does, it has something in it with a bunch of surface area or volume to let the oil stick to to separate from the gasses and collect. Unless you have more than say 1.5 quart of oil consumption between changes I wouldn't worry about a catch can...

Measure Inch\MiliMeter ID of the old hose.
At your favorite parts counter, ask for Oil\HydraulicRated Hose & 4ea WormClamps (to DoubleUp)
Reroute as needed to not kink.

You could always piece together 3/4" copper tubing along with hose sections. Did that on my 2.3 Lima turbo coupe motor to replace the hard heater pipe.

Hose needs to be 3/4" ID and has a pressure of maybe .1psi, clamps in general are optional at that point, one on each end isn't a bad idea though. Hydraulic hose is usually steel braided in the inside and doesn't like to clamp or bend tight either but if you do bend it it won't kink though...

3/4" soft copper wouldn't be a bad idea though...

I had a similar problem. After going to several parts stores who told me no, I took my broken hose to Auto Zone and asked to look at what they had in stock. Sure enough, I found something else that was close enough. Good luck!
