88 to 89 dash Bronco ii

I am in the process of converting a 88 bronco ii to a 89 interior. I saw a post on this forum that said it is not that difficult if you have a wiring diagram. UNTRUE! it is a nightmare for someone like me. The wiring diagrams I have found are extermely hard to figure out as they are copied from a shop manual and almost impossible to read. I spent a ton of time refinishing the dash to look really good and with some work I can mount it. I am just at my wits end with the wiring, mostly the instrument cluster. I am leaving the original steering colomn in so that takes care of the huge part of the wiring. I seriously need help and am reaching out to people who know more than me! ;-)

Just switching the dash for cosmetic reasons is a pain on the wiring end, because a lot of the pinouts you need don't exist.

Most of the time these dash swaps are done in conjunction with a 4.0 swap, which does make the wiring easier, because the 4.0's engine harness is designed to plug into that dash.
