88 Ranger Extended 2WD with Bushwacker Fender Flares

How far up do the Bushwacker extend a fenders go?
I have and 88 Ranger 2WD that I would love to put a set on to cover some rust above the wheel well. I don't want to go thru welding new metal in again or getting a whole bed. Also, do these look stupid on a 2WD?
I have 205/70 R15 on 2000 Ford Explorer rims that will be going on. I'm going to paint the beast after I decide on the fender flares. I usually have to repaint the bed sides every two years due to the rust coming through above the wheel wells. The rest of the body is good including the front fenders but I will put the fender flares on as a set.

this page will tell you how much tire coverage it extends for each style.

are you looking at the cut out style? they are listed to extend tire area by 3 inches

those things are expensive though! i looked at some awhile back, but changed my mind for the time being

Fender Flares

No cutting. I want direct bolt on that does'nt stick out much. I only want to cover rust just above fender. I'm only doing this for cosmetics.
