OK my driver side tire has an outward camber and is messing with the way the truck drives. I have replaced radius arm brushings and shocks, wheel bearings, and an alignment but the shop says its in check even with the wheel camber out. I sure they installed caster/camber sleeves on the upper ball joints. Are the sleeves the issue and I have a bad shop or is there something to do with the suspension. (Spring or I beam related)

Anything is possible... especially if they are saying it's fine and yet the wheel is visually crooked (you'd be surprised how often the problem is an incompetent shop tech. I suspect their training materials doesn't cover our type of suspension well (if at all) and he's just guessing at things).

I would suggest getting under there and see if anything looks bent or out of place. If everything looks good, find another alignment shop (or maybe even do it yourself (scroll about halfway down)).
