88 2.9 Engine wiring

Mahlzeit,

I have to build a New Engine wiring Harness for my 2.9 . I ordered the online Version of the haynes manual for my car and there is a wiring Diagram I want to use. The truck runs great but the wiring is a Disaster. I compared the haynes Diagram with other Diagrams from the Web but there are many differences between all Diagrams I find.

I want to order the wires so I need to know if thats the right Diagram. Will I get my engine running with this?

I think youre about to open a can of worms you really dont wanna open.

You said the truck is running fine...if so then i wouldnt worry about trying to rewire the whole thing.

If you have lights or accesorys not working i would deal with them on a case by case basis rather then ripping everything out and starting new.

Thats my Plan B. Im really Not Sure what to do but I show you a picture. Itls like somebody throw all the wires he can find in the engine bay.

Besides that mess on the drivers inner fender, it doesnt look to bad to me.

If it were me id buy some zip ties and plastic tubeing and just ziptie shit togther and slide the split tube over it.
