87 Ranger V6 cranks but wont start

Truck cranks but wont start, I can hear pumps prime...can smell gas as I crank but truck will not start...I would also like to know what the 3 relay are on firewall passenger side...the connectors are green,black and brown...Thanks

Relays are
Green = Fuel Pump Relay
Brown = EEC relay
Black = WOT(wide open throttle) Relay - turns off A/C and other systems when extra engine power is needed.

EEC Relay closes with key on, it powers computer(EEC), fuel injectors, coil, and fuel pump relay.

If you hear fuel pump and smell gas in engine bay then most likely issue for a no start would be the TFI ignition system, so no spark.
