Hello, I've been having some issues (that seem common after some searching) with my truck missfiring, and bogging down while going uphill. I know this could be a whole heap of little things but my main question is about my EGR, and the fact that it's missing. Everything seems to be there, except the EGR, the tube, and where it connects to the manifold (which was replaced at some point.) So should I go through the trouble of replacing, and hoping the system works right? Or would replacing the computer for an 88+ with out the EGR be a better idea? And then just continue trying to diagnose my current issues?
I've replaced the plugs, wires, distributer, high pressure fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, and the coolant temp sensor so far
