87 Ford Ranger Extended cab 4x4 STX

Greetings out there!

Anyone out there know where you could find a transfer case linkage and shifter handle? Or, possibly something that would be compatible or modified to work?

Second question is are 215/75/R15 tires to large to run on a stock stock Ranger?

On a lot of stock 4x4's the stock tire size was 235 75 15 so you should be just fine, you can go to 31x10.5 but then the lower front corners of the front fenders would likely rub if I remember right (I'm used to '89-92 which isn't as much of an issue)
