ive owned several bronco II's and rangers, mid 80's and they all don't blow enough air from the heat vents. I tried changing fans but don't blow any better.
any tips here ?? vents etc plugged maybe ??

My first thought upon reading this: Is the cowl stopped up? Second thought: I wonder if the valve is set to "Max AC"?

my 84 BII was like this, along with the 90 Ranger that I currently have. I swapped the fan from a 1st Gen "X" in to them, considerably more airflow,(you can actually feel the airflow on "low") but, not as much as a "newer" truck. I think most of the trouble is the design of the ducting. Checking inside the fan housing has also shown that mice <love> to fill it with stuff, blocking airflow.

I believe I had the same problem I cleaned out the cowl and pulled the blower motor out and cleaned out everything that found its way in there. It seams to be a little better but haven't been able to really test it.
