Ok, here's the deal.
(1)I know a guy doing a 302 swap, and ditching a perfectly good just rebuilt 1996 4.0-no trans-1354e-D35 combo. Engine is under 20k on rebuild. He's keeping the rear and sold the auto trans.

(2)I really want another B2. I hate the weak drivetrain. And thanks to the 2.9 cracking both heads, B2s are cheap.

But the real question is, how much of a PITA is it gunna be to make and OBD2 4.0 1987 B2? Is this a plausible idea? Has anyone done this before? Can it be done relatively cheap?

Hello

How are you at wiring? Thats going to be a lot of fun.

You could use 91-94 intake wiring and computer to make it easyer. I have a 97 block and that is my cheap plan.

Good luck and have fun.
