86 ranger mitso to toyo koyo 5 speed

i have a 1986 ranger with a mitsubishi 5 speed 4wd its on its last leg. my question is will a 1984 toyo koyo 4wd work. i know the bell house is different (slave cyl change) but i also have 2wd drive toyo koyo with the newer bell housing. the lengths are real close about 27" long will this work?

Im not sure if it will work but if it dosnt I would be intersted in the toyo trans.
