Hi, i have a 86 ranger that runs ruff after is warms up. i put a new fuel pump in it and still have the problem. let me know if anyone has an idea.

actually he more likely hax a vacuum leak in the EGR activation system.

the "christmas lines" that run from the EGR control solenoid tend to crack inside the wireloom and leak, when they leak the EGR system stops working.

when the EGR stops working the sensor tells the computer and the
computer goes apeshit.... starting right about when the engine warms up and starts paying attention to the EGR pressure sensor...

The fix? don't tell anyone but swappng in a '88-92 2.9 computer usually
makes the problem go away.
