I have a 86 ford ranger 4x4 that has a 2.9. It has a big problem. It was running fine the other day, and then all of a sudden just started to die. I thought it ran out of gas, but it didn't it has a full tank of gas. I just replaced the the ingition module, ballast, and a coil. But i still not getting any spark. I have power to the coil but no spark. The coil is primary is good and secondary is low but it should still start. It is getting fuel. I need help any thing will help. Is there a bypass that I can do in the wiring to get a coil to spark? Any thing will help.!!! PLEASE

A week ago I checked my coil plug-in and it looked good and then it wouldnt start,a friend helped me by cleaning the plug-in and it started right up but the plug-in was bad and the coil weak so I replaced both. Just a thought.
