86 B2 refuses to run right at 20k miles


Sounds like you’re having a fuel delivery issue to me. Rule out the TFI though. I bet your injectors are getting too long of pulses and are flooding it out. I would recommend getting a junk yard ecm to test on it.

Also, it’s a long shot, but maybe the injector harness is shorting out with another wire somewhere, getting an erroneous electrical charge.
 
1-2-4 are on one driver and 3-5-6 on the other, so not separated by bank.

I would test for a drippy injector. You would have to lift the upper intake out of the way, and pull the injectors out of the lower intake still connected to the fuel rail (disconnect them electrically). Place some newspaper under the injector tips and cycle the key to pressurize the rail. look for fuel dripping from the pintles.
1-2-4 what are on the driver's side?
 
1-2-3 cylinders are on passenger side engine bank and 4-5-6 are on drivers side
