I am trying to install an AC condenser on an 85 Ranger that originally did not have AC, my question is are there mounting brackets or pads for the bottom of the condenser to mount to the radiator support? Can someone post a picture how the bottom of the condenser mounts to the radiator support.

I think I have found what I was looking for. The lower bracket on the condenser I bought was bent under, look like I just need to straighten it out and put u clip on it to bolt it down to the slot in the front side of the radiator support.

I know that picture!

I saw your post but I am not sure how relevant mine is, that is a second gen condenser. I swung that way to eliminate the need for one hose with my non-standard A/C system with a V8. I don't think the holes would line up when I tried the bracket in front of the rad support. Then it wouldn't fit anyway with the fans.

Pic from front, those tabs had clip nuts on them, I think the bolts came in from the engine side:

My mounting solution was brass bushings... because more weirdness imposed by the dual pusher efans.

There are big rubber seals between the condenser and radiator at the top and bottom, they are crucial for airflow.
