However much it goes up when I get my fat ass out.

How much it goes down when my fat ass gets in.

I need a FOR SURE what gear oil I need to use with it. Since I can't find any info on it ANYWHERE.
 
83-87 - SAE 80W standard transmission lube, according to Haynes
I don't see a capacity there
 
Specifically GL-4. GL-5 will eat your syncros.
