'84 Ranger w/ Diesel wiring

I have an '83 4x4 that I am wanting to transplant the '84 2.2 mazda/perkins that come stock in those years into. I have both trucks and both still have running, working engines in them.

My question is about the wiring behind the dash and wiring under the hood. Are the harnesses different from the gas to diesel? I'm sure they are, but I'd like to know exactly what. What about wiring diagrams for the glow-plug system on the 2.2? Anyone help me out? thanks.
