83 ranger non power steering lift kit help?

Hello. I have a 83 ranger 4x4. Wanting to get a suspension lift. But each lift says does not fit non power steering models. Is there any way I could convert it to power steering to make a lift kit work? If this has already been discussed please get me a link thanks!

Should just need the power steering box, pump, and associated plumbing. Not sure why the lift wouldn't work without PS, I don't believe the geometry is different.

Just thought about it, I wonder if the splines on the steering box shaft are different - does the kit have a drop pitman arm with it?
