6in coils for frt

Yeah you need to add another 1.8 - 2° caster to your RF. Don't reduce the LF caster though, ideally you want to be as close to around 3-4° caster on both sides as possible.

it came out ok not real good but passable,i got frustrated when they could not get caster close then camber was good but wheel still not straight:sad:

Steering wheel or tire/wheel?

Steering wheel centering is no-brainer. If they can't do that by adjusting the tie-rods, then you need to change to another alignment place. Hell, if you were close I'd show you how to do it.

I've almost stopped altogether going to my local Firestone, even though I have a lifetime alignment there. I can adjust camber with washers, steering wheel center and toe I also can handle. The only thing I care about when I go in is the castor, I let them handle that. Tires are wearing beautifully.

what kind of washers and where do we put them?

These washers:

But you really only need them when you have negative camber, and they are useful for fine tuning ride height after your coils have settled:

They go underneath the coil spring isolator and retaining nut, which are both beneathe the coil itself.

I get mine from Grainger Industrial Supply. 3" OD, 1-3/8" ID. Pack of 20 for $17.50. Now thats cheap lift!

When putting the 6" skyjacker coils on the 4" lift do you need to get shocks for the 6" lift or will the 4" lift shocks work?

4" shocks are too short, better go with the 6".
