60/40 seat slides

I have a 1988 extended cab Ranger the drivers side seat slide is broken. I have kept it patched together for years. It is past time to replace it. Can anyone tell where I can get one.

I usually begin at the junkyards, especially those where you can pull your own.

if the sliders from an 05 will fit, i pulled some from a mazda extended cab last year
