...and I'm still hitting 17mpg on the highway and averaging 12-14mpg/tank. Just put in about 18 1/2 gallons for $50.
Remember when G.W. was in the big house? The left said we got into the war for the oil...if i had been incharge when they said that I would have took ever bit of it and then sign an ex. order making everyone drive V8's!
Nothing is going to change until we drill. That in turn will drive prices down. The idea of alternative energy is good and all but bottom line I couldn't afford to buy whatever they come out with and more than likely most here couldn't either.

Not only are the current alternative/green energy un necessary and far from cost effective, they lack the shake, rattle, and rumble that get the adrenaline pumping when you're sitting behind the wheel of a big block V8.
