5R55E Trouble Codes

Hey all,
I hooked up my '97 ranger with the 5R55E to a Snap on scan tool and in the Data display it showed that there were 2 DTC and that all three shift solenoids are showing faults but when trying to read the codes it just showed the EGR trouble code that I know about and thats all. Any suggestions?
