Thank you all for reading so far, thanks a million for the people who donated, you guys rock.
Gregg said, I made it all about Kay and forgot about Overall motorsports, so I went back and read what I wrote, oh my, sorry for all the spelling and grammar mistakes, too many and too little details in different parts of the story. I will finish quickly.
But Gregg, I had to say how our team got together and that is part of it.
Long story short, after working with Score during the Baja 250, I learned a lot about Baja racing, most important thing was, you don't have to do it all alone, they allow multiple drivers on the same car, that means you can split cost, and everything else.
Racing a car was still impossible for the lack of money, but a motorcycle might do, I already have one (see the pic above) all I need is the entry fee. I knew at 40 years old I am too old to race a motorcycle, I just had to do it. My goal was just to finish, I put a team together, planned it good and we made it. We arrived at 6th place in our class out of 16 starters and 10 finishers with minimal resources and bone stock bike.
It only made sense after that to make off roading and racing my biz since I am here in this off road paradise and it is my passion. Currently I have a garage where I fix quads and motorcycles, I also rent motorcycles for off road tours but mainly I help new people get into racing, people like me who thought it was never possible, I tell them, it is possible and maybe easier than you think. check

I Knew Gregg and Dick for some time now, they helped with pitting during races.
We all wanted to get into a race car, Gregg had this ranger we are talking about here.
We made a deal, Gregg contribute the truck and Dick and I will make it race ready, it was race legal except for 3 things. Roll cage, fuel cell and seat belts, so roughly speaking that all we needed to race beside helmets and suits. Not too bad.
Gregg came up with idea of the pics while we talking money, he got it from a Nascar driver who had his fans sign his car for thousands of dollars each. It was a mixed concept, Sponsors will not like us with nothing to brag about for them, so will do the same we would do for sponsors except to keep it on personal level. Most people perceived the idea very well and as Gregg said above, it actually got taken by someone locally, I can't believe it.
Anyway, all I want to say, the opportunity to drive a race car in a big might come once in a life time if it came at all and I will not let it go.
Actually I have big dreams for this truck after the race, If we were able to attract few thousand fans/donors, the benefit will be great, not just in the fund raised but also we will be able to approach sponsors in the future considering we have that many followers.
Thank again for everything.
