ok here it is.
I have a 91 swb ranger with a 2.3l lima and a m5od-r1 5 spd
im in the beginning stages of swapping the powertrain from a
wrecked 95 5.0 t5 (I have whole car)
I am going to try and "retrfit" as much from theustang as I can
and after doing alllot of reaserch I still have some questions
I amgoing with some try y headders because they seem like the
best choice. is there any clearence issues?
whats better as motor mounts? are the vert or the v 6 w plates better?
and if I use the convertable mounts where do I need to drill the holes
in the crossmember?
I have heard that there is some clearence issues with the t5 bell housing hitting
the fire wall but never been told where. any info?
that's all I can think of at the moment any insight will be greatly appreciated!!
