5.0 injectors in a 4.0

i was reading about another users idea to twin turbo his 4 litre and mentioned that he would need bigger injectors froma 5 litre. my question is if i put 5.0 injectors in my stock 4 lire would it do anything other then burn ritch and watse fuel?

your stock injectors can handle pretty much a built motor even a stock motor with a super charger.

5.0 has 19lb injectors....orange top....most 4.0 explorer and ranger have 30lb injectors...red top

Injectors aren't only different for flow rate, they also have
different spray patterns.

The 2.9, 3.0, '90-92 4.0 and the non supercharged 3.8 all use
injectors with the same flow rate.

However the 3.0 uses a very different spray pattern.

Anyone care to guess what engine uses the same injectors as
a '93-up 4.0 OHV?

You'll be suprised for sure.... the 3.8 Supercoupe engine.
