I found a 5.0 out of a 86 t bird with the computer no wiring harness would thistle be good for a swap (89 ford ranger 4x4 ) guy wants 600

I'd give him $90 if you can't hear it run. At the very least you can scrap the engine for 30 and sell the computer on E-bay for $100 if it turns out to be junk.

A little far from me, but if it comes down to it, I could find you an engine and trans, and ship it to you, that would still be cheaper than $600...
