I've been reading and re-reading alot of the posts on here, tons of helpful information!
Ive got a 5.0 swap in a '95 extended cab right now. It's 2wd presently but i've got a d44 waiting to go under it as soon as it's running. I have a c6 trans and np208 tcase (call me stupid, but I plan on beating the heck out of it and i got a hella good deal.)
My present situation is that because of the 4x4 that will be happening eventually, and the massive size of the c6, any swap header i've looked at so far will not fit. I'd rather not mess with stock manifolds but if thats what it takes i'll do it.
Anybody else have this problem, or have any advice? I had one guy tell me to cut and weld in spacers to run headers outside the frame rails.
