No joke that's to the wheels HP, junkyard 5.0 with tremec 5spd 5.89 gears and 37in tires.

The motor makes probably 225-250 at the crank and has about 100hp eaten up in drivetrain. Makes u wonder how much people really have sometimes cause this thing moves for only having 124hp.

hello was checkin out the photo's awesome. My next serious question is new to rangers but not to 4wd's. was lookin at autofabs fullsize dana 44 f-150 setup for front axle. ranger truck and full width dana 44. is this a similar setup to what you are a running, looks like it. lookin at building up a ranger and doing the full width setup for off road racing or just stick with the dana 35? any pro's or con's. lookin at steppin into yellowstone off road racing, Y.O.R.R. thanks from wyoming.

I have no experience with the dana 35, my truck started as a 2x. Pro s to the dana 44 is everything is bigger and stronger it also gives you 5 on 5.5 which is a much more common size in racing.

You missed one bad ass party. Finished off 2 kegs, about 5 30 packs and a handle of fireball. Good times for sure.
Big updates on the truck, its gotta be ready and loaded for a race thursday.

Good luck this week! Looks like its going to be dusty for ya! (for those that don't know and who care, he is starting 19th out of 20)

We had a crazy race, by mille 2 we had already passed a few trucks, and by the end if the 1st lap we were up to 7th. 5 miles after the start of the 3rd lap we start losing oil pressure and the motor started making awful noises so had to pull over and stop. We never found an oil leak but the dip stick was dry so we added 5 quarts and it fired back up and ran. Horribly but it ran. We kept going just trying to get more laps in for the points. We ran the rest of the lap and did 2 more on about 3 or 4 cylinders. At times we were in such deep sand we were barely moving with so little power. We ended up getting 4th in the race and everyone who was ahead of us in points finished behind us so we are now tied for 1st in points with the one who got 5th this race.
