4X4 transfer motor conversion?

I am having problems with my transfer case motor working and have had 4 diffrent rangers an all them never worked so i bought some conversion that a guy off this site makes and it allows you to deleat the motor and the whole module but you have to switch it buy reaching under truck to lock in low or hi or 2 wheel drive. Anyone know what its called or the guy off here that makes it number?
