4x4 noise

hey guys i am hearing this noise coming from my truckand i checked the rear end, and this truck is never in 4x2 so i never thought about checking that untill today i put it in 4x2 and she isnt making the noise, so im guessing its either thefront end or tcase but it really sounds like its in the middle of the truck when i just roll out the driveway and listen under the truck, the noise is pretty loud and scares the crap outta me i afraid i gonna go down through a bog hole or through a pond and my 4x4 give out

i got the BW1350 manual with manual hubs,
anyone else ever hear this? thanks

also i forgot to add, she is EXTREMELY hard to get into 2wd, sometime she wont even go in
