4x4 no shift

I have tested and replaced both the module and shift motor both tested bad now the mod self test OK but still have no shift is there anything that would cause a low power app 9 v to the motor other than a bad mod?

Pin 8 on module needs 12volts, motor's power, if it is low then wiring problem.

Pins 4 and 5 on the module send the power out to the motor, they are just reversed in polarity to turn motor clockwise or counter clockwise, so +/- or -/+

If you are getting 12volts there when activated and only 9v at the motor then wiring to the motor is the problem
