4x4 jumps out

i have an 03 FX4 , while travelling forward in 4wd low and high it will pop out under stress. But not in reverse, I previously had my transfer case, standard tranny, and rear diff rebuilt, only thing left i can think it would be is the front. Anybody with a different opinion ??? I haven't checked anything yet

Manual Shift T-case?

IF so you possibly have something as simple as a misadjusted shifter.
