i put a M5R1 transmission in my 4x2 89 bronco2 and it has no dummy transfer case like my mitsubishi transmission. i have a borg warner 13-50-172-903 transfer case and i know i need a tail flange for this transfer case but do i need an output shaft aswell?

where can i get one? would it be easier to find a 4x4 transmission?

To swap output shafts, I believe you have to gut the transmission. Would probably be better to buy a 4x4 transmission.
